The size of each bouquet varies, and we have provided an approximate size for each below:

  • Small: Approx. 20-25cm
  • Medium: Approx. 30-35cm
  • Large: Approx. 40-50cm
  • Deluxe: Approx. 50cm and Upwards

Please note that the price difference in each bouquet is not necessarily relative to size but more to the amount of flowers used.

The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 2 pm for London deliveries.

We offer free delivery on orders over £100 within London. For orders under £100, the delivery charge is £10. For nationwide delivery, the charge is £35.

Our drivers can deliver to any postcode in London.

We can order out-of-season flowers from our supplier but need 48-hour notice and may not be of the same quality.

Yes, we do ship flowers outside of London, but please note that the transit time is approximately 48 hours, so the flowers may not appear as fresh on arrival. We take every precaution to avoid this; however, there is still a risk that the flowers may not arrive at their freshest.

We do not offer the option to send flowers in a vase due to the risk of breakage during transit. However, we do provide our hand-tied bouquets with a complimentary water bag to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible.

We attach a complimentary flower food bag with instructions with each Pulbrook & Gould bouquet. Take the flowers out of the packaging and fill a vase with water, pour in the flower food sachets provided, and trim stems at a 45-degree angle to increase drinking surface area. Change your vase water every other day.

On average, your bouquet will last 7-10 days. However, some flowers last longer than others. For example, chrysanthemums and lilies can last up to 4 weeks with the right care, whereas hydrangeas normally last only 7 days on average.

No, sadly we cannot provide guaranteed time slots due to Central London traffic and possible weather conditions. You can, however, request an AM or PM delivery.
